4 out of 5 stars!! This is a detailed story about friendship, how far you would go to pay back someone you feel indebted to, and the happenings of teenage romance. Lani has all the makings of a great character, she sticks up for what she believes in, she puts others way before herself, and she is good-natured all around. Plus it doesn't hurt that she is just so sweet! For those of you who have read books by Susane Colasanti before then I HIGHLY recommend this book! It has become one of my fave books from her!

This book was shipped quickly and is in very good condition. It looks brand new! As for the content, it's a very interesting book and I really liked it.
I fought for years to get my daughter to read more. This is the first time she actually asked me to buy her books!
I LOVED the book, but the ending wasn't that good. I think that something should have happened to make the kids at school stop. I think you should have made them know the truth about what happened. I also think that the best friends should have said some really mean stuff to the really mean girl. Sorry I don't remember their names. Anyways, excellent book! Fabulous job
I bought this book for my 11 year old daughter who needed a replacement for her school. The book came in great shape, so I was able to use it as a replacement for my daughter's school library.
This book was awesome. I am not that mach interested in these types of books but when I read the description I thought should give it a try. I was hooked this the best book ever. I am forsurely going to be looking and getting more of her books. She is such a amazing author. Love how she ties in "fate"throughout. Bottom line I am 100%, absolutely, positively, extremely recommending this book to anyone loves a really good road trip book or air plane flying or just sitting at home a more realistic love story
great book for teenage girls. My daughter loves these novels and she gobles them up, so for me anything that will make her read will make me happy!
As far as this book goes, it was not worth the money I paid for it. For most of the book I felt like it belonged on the list of "free" books, because the writing and story were only so so in my opinion. The book actually gained momentum for the last couple of chapters, but I couldn't get over how incredibly annoying the main characters were. Lani needed to get a back bone long before she did, and someone needed to tell the girl to stop being so sappy. And there was so little resolution (total pet peeve of mine) that I ended the book completely disappointed. Long, drawn out, cheesy, teen angst with little explanation of how it worked out beyond five seconds after that. All you got was Lani yelling at Erin way too late, Erin feeling bad way too late, and boy toy being a boy toy. Not quite my cup of tea.
